In shortAsk within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. No reason needed.
The rule
- You can have a full refund of your first payment, the one made when your free days end, within 14 days of it.
- You don’t have to say why.
- The free days cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. To avoid being charged, cancel before they end.
- Yearly renewals aren’t refunded. We email you about 35 days before each one, so there’s time to cancel if you don’t want another year.
How to ask
Write to hello@bossa.day from the email address of your account, and say you’d like a refund. That’s all.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, within a few days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The refund ends your plan. Your list stays where it is, read-only for a while, so you can still open it and copy it out.
- If you come back later, take the plan again and everything carries on where you left it.
- You get a credit note for the refund, on your dashboard under Billing.
Bought in an app store
When Bossa comes to iPhone and Android, a plan bought through Apple’s App Store or Google Play is refunded by Apple or Google, under their rules. We’ll say how on this page when that’s possible.
